Development Camp—$100 cancellation fee up to March 1st, After March 1st $200.
Team Camp cancellations, at any time, will forfeit the team’s entire Court Fee. However, if the camp fills in your particular session you will be refunded for everything except $1,610 for Full Court & $805 for Half court.
In addition to the cancellation fee, ALL campers will be assessed for any additional charges we incur, and can not recoup, at the time of the cancellation. Such items include Dining, Housing & Staffing Costs. Medical Excuses do not relieve the camper of the cancellation fees. If camp fills, you will not be assessed the additional charges. In the event of the camp being cancelled due to acts of terror or nature, refunds will be distributed less any current out of pocket expenses incurred by the camp. ALL refunds will be mailed out after we have received the final invoices from URI for Dining, Housing & Facilty Fees. Typically after September 15th, 2013. This allows us to determine whether we are able to refund Dining & Housing fees.
