Day Camp—$75 cancellation fee.  Development Camp—$100 cancellation fee up to March 1st, After March 1st $200.  Team Camp cancellations, at any time, will forfeit their entire Court Fee as the cancellation fee for the group’s cancellation. (See website for further info.)

In addition to the cancellation fee, ALL campers will be assessed for any additional charges we incur, and can not recoup, at the time of the cancellation.  Such items include Dining, Housing & Staffing Costs.  Medical Excuses do not relieve the camper of the cancellation fees.  If camp fills, you will not be assessed the additional charges.   ALL refunds will be mailed out after we receive our invoice from URI.  Typically after September 15th, 2011.  This allows us to determine whether we are able to refund Dining & Housing fees.
